Downtime & Delivery

  • Our plans are delivered within 1-2 days via email in PDF format, but please bear with us as we continue to expand operations. Rest assured, we will keep you informed if there are any delays with your order. If your order is not delivered within 2 days of purchase, get in contact with us here, and we will make things right!

  • Check your spam folder before getting in contact with us!

 

Refunds

  • If you aren't satisfied with your purchase, contact us, and we will do our best to help you out. We launched in March 2025 and are improving constantly. We appreciate any feedback and suggestions. 

  • We will do our best to make things right, however, we cannot guarantee refunds as each situation is case-specific. Please don't hesitate to reach out to our team at team@fizoc.com
